In Personal Coaching processes I help people in their transformation process starting from the current moment.

Exploring the resources available to them to achieve their goals, developing those that are useful for their purpose, with an action plan structured in realistic phases, they are able to get closer to their dream situation while we face eventual adversities.

Normally the length of the sessions is 1 hour although an assessment will be made depending on the case.
I have different prices depending on whether the sessions are carried out on a sporadical or on an ongoing basis. Prices available on hourly or package basis.
It will depend on the needs and availability.
