If you have decided you want to quit smoking definitively, you probably know that there are many existing methods for it. The most natural and simple of all is clinical hypnosis.

Every case if different, which is why every treatment is personalized, requiring the combination of Hypnosis, Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), and Coaching. Considering that a very harmful and addictive dependency will be treated, and depending on each case, between 3 and 6 sessions will be needed for about a month.

Before beginning the treatment to quit smoking, it is important to admit that you have a nicotine addiction and that you depend on cigarettes to calm the anxiety sometimes caused by this very dependency. According to the WHO, smoking is considering to be an illness that causes other illnesses.

Important! If you are ready to quit smoking:

  • Remember that it is not a sacrifice to quit smoking; you will no longer be enslaved to nicotine.
  • You can overcome this addiction if you want to enjoy life, feel better and improve your finances.
  • To quit smoking, it is impossible to have the occasional cigarette. This possibility does not exist to an ex-smoker.
  • Enjoy your success of becoming an ex-smoker and remember that sometimes it is easier to overcome physical addiction than psychological addiction.
  • Smoking does not add anything positive to your life, it makes you feel weak and dependent.
